My new Dacor 30-inch dual-fuel range just arrived--the delivery man brought it into the garage this weekend. I just finished talking to the installer who should come out next week to do the job. That should give me more than enough time to get used to it before Thanksgiving.
I selected Dacor's Epicure range because Dacor seems to have a strong focus on all of the details that make a high-end kitchen appliance attractive--the powerful burners, the quick-heat heating element, the ease of cleaning, etc.
After it is installed, I will be writing about how well the Epicure 30-inch dual-fuel range lives up to my expectations.
