It's been many years since I've cooked on top of a gas stove. I love cooking and am a very good one, but for the last ten years I've had to cook on an electric range. Although I've gotten used to it, I've always wanted to get back to gas. I recently ordered a dual fuel range and it should be delivered in the next couple of weeks--in time for the holidays.
