My new Dacor Epicure 30" Dual Fuel Range was finally installed yesterday. I haven't cooked on it yet, but did spend some time reading the guide and getting familiar with the different controls and cooking modes. As my installer told me as he was finishing up, "This is some beautiful range!" It's hard to remember all of the little details that go into a premium product like Dacor's until you see it in your own kitchen. The full-width grates, the light-up controls, the fully extendable racks, the easy-clean drip pans, and many more are all very cool.
Tonight I will give it a dry run and see how it performs. I haven't decided what I'm preparing on the burners, but homemade bread and brownies are going into the oven.
