Post-Holiday Wrap-Up

I've now had my Dacor Epicure dual-fuel range for over two months, through all of the holidays. From Thanksgiving through New Year's, I cooked pastries, pies, breads, roasts, vegetables, muffins, and more in the oven. And I boiled, sauteed, grilled, fried, and steamed countless other dishes on the stove top. From a cooking point of view, this has been my best holiday season--every dish was a joy to prepare on my top-quality equipment.

Moreover, I've found the range incredibly easy to clean, so I've been able to keep it looking like new.
